What Is the Health and Social Care Bill?

On 19 January 2011, Parliament held the bill for health and social services in 2011, which brings with it a new direction for the NHS. The intent of this law is that it is to modernize the NHS and working with the government’s vision of the National Health Service in the development around the patient, led by health professionals and to achieve world class results.

The ultimate goal is that with the restructuring and reorganization of the NHS there is a world-class level as a major health systems in existence.

The bill strengthens and develops the documents in 2010, equity and excellence produced – release of the NHS (July 2010) and leave the NHS: Legal framework and next steps (December 2010).
